Abstract: An exercise garment, in a first embodiment, includes a pair of exercise pants having attachment means on the leg portions of the garment for temporarily attaching an elastic wrap thereto, so that the wrap may be removed from the temporary attachment means and wound around a body part, such as an arm, leg or torso during a workout, and which may then be unwound from the body part and re-attached to the attachment means on the legs. Another embodiment includes a pair of exercise pants having a pocket with a zipper or other closing means, wherein one end of the wrap is stitched or otherwise permanently attached inside the pocket, so that the wrap may be extended from the pocket and wrapped around a leg for a workout, and stored inside the securely closed pocket when not in use.
