Abstract: In accordance with the present disclosure, a method for operating a virtual application comprises loading an image of the virtual application into a memory of an information handling system from a deployment package is disclosed. A shared library that is required for executing the virtual application is loaded. An address for a memory location corresponding to an entry point for a function in the shared library is saved to an address table for the virtual application. The virtualization data from the deployment package is used to determine whether the address for the memory location corresponding to the entry point for a function in the shared library should be adjusted.
