  • Publication number: 20160166087
Abstract: The subject invention comprises a collapsible display fixture that includes a base, two vertical support posts that can accept vertical display panels, a horizontal crossbar and hinge that connects each vertical support post to the base. The hinge may be one of two forms, either a hinge with an axis of rotation at an angle of 2-6 degrees, or preferably 3 degrees, or a hinge with a rotatable base that allows the hinge to be rotated 2-6 degrees, or preferably 3 degrees. These hinges allow the vertical support posts to be folded down without intersecting or contacting one another. The vertical display panels integrate an internal pin system, whether the panel is solid or a combination of two laminated layers, such that the pins are accessible from the outside to accept hangers, pins, pegs, hooks or other display accessories.

  • Patent number: 9309909
Abstract: The subject invention comprises a modular, pop-up shelf display system that includes vertical slotted shelf support posts, horizontal tie bars, and shelf or accessory members. Two slotted support posts are connected at the top and bottom ends by a pair of tie bars; the top of each slotted support post leans against a wall. Shelves or accessories, which include brackets that engage the slots in the vertical support posts are then attached to the support posts to form horizontal shelves or accessories between the support posts at desired heights and orientation. The system includes internal connectors positioned inside the post ends and the ends of the tie bars which secure the tie bars to the posts to secure the posts in an upright manner against the wall.

  • Patent number: 6193083
Abstract: A display fixture system includes a plurality of vertical support posts each support post having a U-shaped support element and a flange extending from each side thereof in parallel, spaced relation thereto. Pins traversing through the support element are maintained in place by the flanges. The flanges are connected to one another by a connecting member extending across a rear portion of the support element. The support posts support product displays therefrom hung from the pins. Posts are mounted in back-to-back relation to one another to form a freestanding display system. The posts are mounted to upper and lower brackets to provide a wall-mounted display system.

  • Patent number: 6044986
Abstract: A display fixture system for mounting to an associated surface includes upper and lower of spaced apart, parallel horizontal brackets for mounting to the surface. Each bracket has a securing location corresponding to a securing location of the other of the pair of brackets. The brackets are mounted to the surface so that corresponding securing locations are vertically aligned with one another. Support risers extend between the brackets and are secured to the brackets in a vertical orientation, transverse to the brackets and spaced from the surface. The support risers include a central support post and a pair of parallel flanges extending longitudinally along and parallel to the posts. Pins extend transversely through the support posts, extending between the flanges to join the flanges to the posts. The risers are configured to support product display elements and ornamentation such as shelves, hangers and the like for merchandise display.

  • Patent number: 5921190
Abstract: A modular display system includes at least two spaced apart, parallel, vertically oriented upright supports, each having an upper end and a lower end, and at least two spaced apart, parallel, horizontally oriented spanning supports extending between and connecting the upright supports and forming a frame. The upright supports and the spanning supports defining a plane. At least one of the upright supports and the spanning supports defines a plurality of spaced apart, corresponding openings formed therein lying in the plane. A partition member is positioned in the frame, within the plane, between the upright supports and the spanning supports. The partition member can include an interchangeable panel element for changing the color and display media and the like. The partition member has a mounting portion including a plurality projecting elements extending therefrom for engaging the openings in one of the upright supports and the spanning supports.

  • Patent number: 5749480
Abstract: A display rack for supporting a shelf-like member in a range of inclinations includes upright, generally vertically oriented support members, each defining a longitudinal axis and each having at least two spaced apart support pegs extending therefrom, generally transverse to the longitudinal axis. A support bracket defining a mounting plane and mountable to the shelf-like member and the support member includes an arcuate portion and a straight portion contiguous therewith defining an open central region. The straight portion defines a central notch therein, and the arcuate portion defines a plurality of spaced apart, circumferential, radially oriented notches formed therein contiguous with the open central region. The bracket is engageable with the support pegs such that a lower one of the support pegs engages the central notch and an upper one of the support peg engages a selected one of the radially oriented notches to orient the shelf-like member at a selected orientation.
