  • Patent number: 11367331
Abstract: A mounting device for a monitoring sensor that can be affixed to any wall, or walls, or ceiling or ceilings or ceilings and walls, and can be affixed to any corner or any wall-ceiling interface regardless of the included angle. The invention has four different mounting assemblies for different mounting locations and different sizes of monitoring sensors. Each of the four mounting assemblies is available in a single orifice design and a multiple orifice design. Each embodiment shares the same attachment method of a ferro-magnetic mounting plate to a magnetic mount, each with double faced adhesive tape on one of their faces. The mounting plates are affixed to the building structure with the double sided tape and the magnetic mount is affixed to the monitoring sensor with double sided tape.

  • Patent number: 11341835
Abstract: A battery powered do-it-yourself (DIY) security and safety monitor that is removably mounted by a self-centering magnet mount onto a ferromagnetic wall plate. The monitor has numerous sensors that report anomalies to the owner's smart device or a pay-for-use monitoring service through cellular communication. There is a smart hub incorporated directly to the various sensors or to the sensors through the main system microprocessor to allow communication and control of the various sensors and modules (if applicable) via the owner's smart device. The monitor may be hard wired into the premises if required by code, or it may be battery powered by long lasting Lithium batteries.

  • Patent number: 11232695
Abstract: A battery powered do-it-yourself (DIY) swimming pool sensor and alarm unit that is removably mounted in a floating assembly. The sensor monitors movement in the pool and around the pool deck and provides remote video alerts to designated cell phones as well as a localized audible and visual alarm when motion is detected. It has an above waterline camera and a below waterline camera that provides a video feed for further remote investigation. It utilizes a float stabilizing means to ensure the floating assembly is not capsized by large waves or wind. It cannot be defeated because of its floating location, and can be simply installed and set up by the average homeowner. Optionally, it has sensors that monitor the pool water's chemistry and provides the results to an owner's cell phone or to a remote chemical dispensing unit located at the pool.
