Abstract: A multi-language communication system for facilitating effective communications between a person of a first language and a person of a second language. The multi-language communication system includes a database containing statements and questions with corresponding phonetic equivalents and/or audible voice file, and an interface for displaying a series of statements and questions along with the corresponding phonetic equivalent from the database. The user selects the language to be translated and then is guided through a series of statements and questions based upon user input. The user states the phonetic equivalent or plays the audible voice file of the statement or question as displayed and then enters a selection based upon the second person's response.
