Abstract: The present invention is a system and method for automatically transferring rewards earned from purchase transactions made using a rewards purchase card to organizations selected by the cardholder of the purchase card. Embodiments of the invention may be preconfigured by a third party or configured by the cardholder to allocate rewards to one or more organizations and also to the cardholder.

Abstract: A combination soft drink bottle holder and pitcher type container is disclosed which is specifically adapted to receive a conventional two liter soft drink bottle in a releasable friction fit relationship. The holder and container device includes an integral; handle which permits one to handle and pour the contents of the soft drink bottle in a facile, yet secure manner. When used independently as a pitcher container, without the soft drink bottle, free standing liquids in the pitcher may be stored and poured from the container in a similar manner to conventional pitchers. In a preferred embodiment, a removably lid is provided which fits within top opening of the container and allows pouring of free flowing liquids from the pitcher container without removing the lid which is rotatably mounted between open and closed positions.

Abstract: A drinking container is provided having a liquid containing portion and a slidably displaceable sleeve member. The slidably displaceable sleeve member is located adjacent the liquid containing portion. The liquid containing portion has a bottom surface. The sleeve member has a sidewall and a bottom surface. The sleeve member in a first position has its bottom surface spaced apart from the bottom surface of the liquid containing portion a first distance, while the sleeve member in a second position has its bottom surface spaced apart from the bottom surface of the liquid containing portion a second distance. The drinking container preferably has an upwardly projecting wall having at least one engaging member. Additionally, the sleeve member has a plurality of channels formed in its sidewall. The drinking container is formed having a first wall member and a second wall member, such that the sleeve member is retained between the first and second wall members.

Abstract: A drinking container cap is provided having an exterior surface, and an interior surface, with the interior surface having a stirrer depending downwardly therefrom. Preferably the interior surface has formed thereon a stirrer receptacle, with the stirrer receptacle itself being generally cylindrical. The stirrer mechanically engages with the stirrer receptacle, and is detachable therefrom. The stirrer receptacle has an inner and an outer surface, with an indentation in its inner surface. The stirrer has a shank end and a terminal end, with the shank end having a bulged area which engages with the indentation, and the terminal end having a bowl portion. In the preferred embodiment of the invention the stirrer receptacle has two notches formed therein, and the stirrer has two projections extending outwardly from the shank end, with the notches being on opposite sides of the stirrer receptacle and the projections being on opposite sides of the stirrer.

Abstract: A cap assembly is provided having a top wall with a first aperture and a second aperture formed therein, a wall member which extends upwardly from at least a portion of the top wall, and first and second closing members both of which are selectively adjustable to a first and a second position. The first closing member comprises a base portion having a channel formed therethrough. When the first closing member is adjusted to its first position it forms a seal across the first aperture. Meanwhile, when the base portion is adjusted to its second position, the channel cooperates with the first aperture to form a passage through the cap. The second closing member also comprises a first portion and a second portion. When the second portion of the second closing member is adjusted to its first position, it forms a seal across the second aperture.

Abstract: A bottle and drinking tube assembly is provided for dispensing of liquids. The bottle has an open top body formed from a resilient plastic material and is adapted to be collapsed upon application of moderate hand pressure and a cap for closing the top through which the bottle is filled. An aperture is formed in the cap for receiving an elongated drinking tube that extends to the bottom of the bottle and has an end exterior of the bottle from which the liquid is discharged. A fluid seal is formed between the cap and tube. A selectively operable venting valve is also provided in the cap to alternatively permit airflow into the bottle enabling the user to sip the liquid through the tube or to prevent fluid outflow from the bottle when the bottle is collapsed to forcibly expel liquid through the tube.
