Abstract: The system contains a programmable device. A first code stored on the programmable device tracks time on the programmable medium. A second code stored on the programmable device provides reminders to a user to perform rehabilitative exercises at intervals measured by the first code. A third code stored on the programmable device tracks exercises performed. Methods of monitoring rehabilitation include creating a rehabilitation plan for a patient based on input received from a practitioner device; providing the rehabilitation plan to a patient device; receiving information relating to the performance of an exercise in the rehabilitation plan from the patient device; and providing the information relating to the performance of an exercise to the practitioner device.
