Abstract: A practice putting green for simulating an actual golf green and for practicing golf putts. The practice putting green includes a putting mat, which defines a putting surface with a texture similar to that of an actual golf green and is of a sufficient size to accommodate putting practice. A plurality of contour gradient pads are provided and are selectively placed under the putting mat to define a desired contour. A putting cup is positioned proximate an opening in the putting mat and receives the golf ball when the ball is putted properly. A perimeter putting mat is aligned with the putting mat and provides a location from which the ball is putted.
