Abstract: A sign having indicia that forms visual communication matter for use in a frame that has a light source for illuminating the indicia and an arrow removably attached to a side of the frame for directing a customer to a store. Bright colored sheets of translucent plastic are located on the front and back of the arrow and lights are located between the front and back translucent sheets of plastic to illuminated the arrow. A sheet of clear transparent plastic is attached to the frame in front of the sign, low energy lights are located around the front edge of the frame and a source of DC power is coupled to energize the lights located within the frame between the front and back of the bright colored translucent sheets of plastic of the arrow and the lights located around the front edge of the frame.
