Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for the simultaneous submission of pre-approval requests to multiple wireless carriers prior to the purchase of wireless devices, wireless service plans and/or accessories. Methods and systems are also provided for a sophisticated inventory management system for one or more wireless device retail stores that all supports interactive customer returns processing at a self-service kiosk. Methods and systems are further provided for synchronizing a wireless device transaction between a self-service kiosk and retail store point of sale system so that a customer may start the transaction at the kiosk and complete it at the point of sale system. Methods and systems are also provided for browsing and configuring a wireless device, accessories, activation type and associated rate plan into a wireless device bundle prior to purchasing the selected wireless device bundle.
