    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a fixation system comprising a plate configured for fixation of one or more bones of the foot. The system utilizes at least two sets of screws which interconnect upon fixation of the plate. The two sets of screws cross several different planes of cortical bone tissue, which serves to increase stability of the fixation system. Also disclosed are methods of using the fixation system.
