Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices include a transaction data verification service of a beverage order dispatch system. The system receives a request to initiate an order transaction at one or more retailer computing device associated with a retail establishment. The one or more retailer computing devices determine that the request corresponds to a restricted item. In response, the system performs the transaction data verification service. The transaction data verification service includes an age verification procedure to determine whether an age of a user providing the request meets a predefined age limit value. The transaction verification service also includes an inebriation assessment procedure to calculate an alcohol consumption estimate associated with the user. The inebriation assessment procedure calculates a standardized drink unit value based on an order history of the user. Upon receiving a verification input at the retailer device(s), the restricted item is added to a check associated with the user.

The order history and the preference are mapped to the standardized product schema. The user device receives a beverage order selection and, in response, the system generates a randomized order image to be presented at the user device and the retailer device. A transaction corresponding to the beverage order selection is executed at a point-of-sale (POS) system.
