  • Patent number: 12162026
Abstract: Described are embodiments of a shower assembly that includes modular components that can be removably attached and may be replaced or interchanged with corresponding components having different form factor or design. In some embodiments, the shower assembly includes a diverter unit fluidly coupled to a fluid source and the diverter unit is configured to selectively direct flow of fluid from the fluid source to one or both of a shower head and a hand shower. The shower head includes a first plurality of nozzles configured to dispense fluid and the shower head is configured to be removably fluidly coupled to the diverter unit. The hand shower includes a second plurality of nozzles configured to dispense fluid and fluidly coupled by a hose to the diverter unit and the hand shower is configured to be removably attachable to the diverter unit by a connector.

  • Patent number: 12155374
Abstract: Tiled filters are disclosed. A filter includes an n×m array of sub-filters, where n is a number of sub-filters in parallel and m is a number of sub-filters in series. n and m are non-zero positive integers and at least one of n and m is greater than one. All of the nm sub-filters are bandpass filters with substantially the same passbands.

  • Publication number: 20240333258
Abstract: A filter is provided that a piezoelectric layer, an interdigital transducers (IDT) having interleaved fingers at the piezoelectric layer, contact pads at the piezoelectric layer and electrically coupled to the IDT, and a printed circuit board (PCB). The PCB includes a plurality of layers including at least one layer that includes a first portion and a second portion that is physically separate from the first portion with a gap therebetween. Moreover, a plurality of electrical contacts are provided on a top layer of the plurality of layers that is facing the piezoelectric layer, with the plurality of electrical contacts electrically coupled to the plurality of contact pads, respectively.

  • Patent number: 8768242
Abstract: A communications system includes a satellite hub, a remote satellite terminal, and a satellite configured to provide communications therebetween. The remote terminal includes a controller that functions as an enforcement mechanism when adjusting antenna polarization on the remote satellite terminal to facilitate communications with the satellite. The satellite transmits an acquisition signal at a first satellite polarization angle, and a jamming signal at a second satellite polarization angle different from the first satellite polarization angle. If the polarization is not set correctly, then the jamming signal is not filtered by a narrow width null of the receive gain pattern at the remote satellite terminal, and the controller inhibits transmission. This forces an installer to correctly set the polarization of the antenna at the remote satellite terminal.

  • Publication number: 20060065498
Abstract: A device for bleeding a hydraulic system having a master cylinder connected by a hydraulic line to at least one slave cylinder having a bleed fitting valve, comprises a container holding a pressurized supply of hydraulic fluid, a valve operable to selectively release the pressurized supply of hydraulic fluid through an opening in the container, and a tube having a first end connected to the opening of the container and a second end adapted to be connected to the bleed the fitting valve. Upon operation of the valve, the hydraulic fluid exits the container through the opening, travels through the tube to the bleed fitting valve, and travels through the slave cylinder to the hydraulic line to push air out through the master cylinder and reverse bleed the hydraulic system.

  • Patent number: 5762302
Abstract: A hand rest device having a horizontally oriented base and a hand rest surface supported above the base by a hole and peg arrangement. The peg, hole or both may be skewed from normal so as to allow the hand rest surface to vary its attitude by rotation of the rest about the base. The base is attached to a data entry device such as an electronic mouse or keyboard by a strap of adjustable length so that the space between the entry device and the hand rest device may be varied.
