Abstract: A tool having a telescoping handle including a main shank and an outer sleeve complementary shaped to receive the main shank therein, the main shank includes indents formed in a circular pattern around the outer circumferential surface of the main shank a locking collar is provided to cause bearing members to selectively engage the circular indents formed on the main shank in order to selectively lock the telescoping handle in the unextended and extended positions while preventing the telescoping handle from rotating around the main shank.

Abstract: An interval timer combining the features of a practice timer, means of measuring date and metronome into a single device for the purpose of measuring, recording, and displaying practice records over a period of weeks or months. During the measuring of practice time, the device may complement the passage of time by the use of lights, sounds, or vibrations. It features a display screen that can indicate total time practiced, current chronological time and date, and a record of practice accomplished over a period of chronological time. The device may also accommodate interchangeable face plates of electronic icons for user personalization of the device. An enhanced version may include means for displaying assignment and practice information.

Abstract: The ratchet wrench of this invention includes a jaw adjustment assembly connected with a jaw and gear assembly carried by a wrench head. Components of the jaw adjustment assembly include a scroll plate inside a cap operated by a jaw adjustment disk located above the cap. The jaw adjuster disk is connected with the scroll plate using a snap ring. Components of the jaw and gear assembly include a pair of jaws supported and guided inside a gear unit with the aid of parallel support rails. The support rails connect the rear unit with the jaws and support the jaw and gear assembly from a wrench head and handle. The two assemblies are pressed and held together by a splined inner surface of the cap interfacing with a splined outer surface of the gear unit. A typical pawl assembly provides the ratchet operation of the ratchet wrench.
