  • Publication number: 20160272943
Abstract: A closed system apparatus and method for isolation and recovery of desired cells from body tissue includes a first container for tissue dissociation by subjection to centrifugation over one or more cycles of rotational acceleration and deceleration, a particle filter to filter out non-dissociated tissue while passing desired cells to a second container for separating the desired cells from connective tissue, unwanted material, liquid, and dissociation-aiding reagent(s) by subjection of the second container to combined centrifugal and gravitational forces that also causes concentration and sedimentation of the cells into a pellet for removal through a valve in the bottom of the second container.

  • Patent number: 8387038
Abstract: A method is provided for automatic computer and user migration. The method may include obtaining a plurality of source computers with corresponding users and preparing the source computers such that at least one software image is created, based on a software inventory, for the source computers to be used to migrate the source computers and the users to a plurality of target computers. The method may also include installing the software image on the target computers and verifying operations of the target computers after the installation.

  • Publication number: 20050131737
Abstract: An electronic medical record module receives data concerning patient medical visits resulting from occupational health or safety incidents processes the data based on pre-defined OSHA logic to automatically identify one or more patient medical visits that are OSHA-recordable, and outputs a plurality of different reports including patient medical visits that are OSHA-recordable. An incident investigation module electronically dispatches an investigator to investigate occupational health or safety incidents, and receives data concerning the investigations including corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence. A data analysis module filters received data at one or more filter levels (e.g. worker characteristics, injury/illness codes, work assignment, time period, etc.) and generates a plurality of reports based on the filtered data.
