Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods, uses, and kits for treating cancer in an individual. The methods comprise administering to the individual a PD-1 axis binding antagonist (such as an anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 antibody) and an RNA vaccine (e.g., a personalized cancer vaccine that comprises one or more polynucleotides encoding one or more neoepitopes resulting from cancer-specific somatic mutations present in a tumor specimen obtained from the individual). Further provided herein are RNA molecules (e.g., a personalized RNA cancer vaccine that comprises one or more polynucleotides encoding one or more neoepitopes resulting from cancer-specific somatic mutations present in a tumor specimen obtained from the individual), as well as DNA molecules and methods useful for production or use of RNA vaccines.

Abstract: A combustible charcoal fuel package is disclosed which includes an outer wrapper, preferably formed from burlap or other similar woven material that encloses large pieces of charcoal material, medium pieces of charcoal material and smaller pieces of charcoal material coated or otherwise soaked in a vegetable wax to form an aggregate. The aggregate is disposed at or near the bottom of the burlap wrapper, with the medium-size pieces of charcoal material disposed thereon with the larger pieces of charcoal material disposed on top of the medium-sized pieces of charcoal material. Preferably, all charcoal materials are fabricated from all-natural charcoal logs fabricated from compressed charcoal particles without the use of odor causing binders.

The body (10) houses a motor and torque enhanced axle (11), remote control receiver and switches (12) and battery (13) for intermittently rotating an axle with outer end (15), located outside the body, slid onto a decoy mounting post (20) that is fixed to the stand(16). Rotation of the axle causes the decoy to rotate vertical and horizontal, as well as causes the water in which the decoy is deployed to splash. The remote control receiver combined with the remote control transmitter (22) permits operator selectable durations of vertical or horizontal positioning. The decoy also has a unique fitting (15) and (20) as well as the line (18) for attachment to the stand (16), which allows for quick assembly and disassembly.
