  • Publication number: 20150371189
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for creating new products and services, aggregating demand for said products and services, and introducing said products and services into the marketplace. The invention provides a means for: 1.) consumers to specify products and services that they desire, 2.) consumers to make known their intention to purchase said products and services, and 3.) sellers to find and develop the products and services which have aggregated significant consumer demand. The present invention uses crowdsourcing to accomplish its goals. It crowdsources idea generation, demand aggregation, and vendors, and does so in a way that 1.) effectively solicits ideas from any innovator, 2.) gathers feedback from the crowd, and 3.) utilizes a competitive free market mentality to drive results. The present invention can also be used for policy changes and infrastructural projects due to the invention's versatility.

  • Publication number: 20150294656
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system describing an electronic musical instrument which outsources processing, memory, and audio output functions to a personal computing device such as a smart phone in order to achieve an electronic musical instrument with minimal hardware components, minimal cost, and potential for high portability. In an embodiment, the electronic musical instrument can be as small as an individual sensor which can be removably attached to any surface, although the technology is such that the instrument could be shaped in nearly any shape or size desired.

  • Patent number: 7663047
Abstract: System for generating musical sounds. Structure adapted for mounting within a vehicle includes a plurality of spatially separated, touch-sensitive sensors for activation by an occupant of the vehicle. A memory module stores a plurality of musical sounds and a microcontroller is interconnected with the plurality of touch-sensitive sensors and the memory module to generate a signal including one or more of the stored musical sounds. A transmitter interconnected with the microcontroller transmits the one or more musical sounds to the vehicle's sound system. In a preferred embodiment, the musical sounds are drum sounds.
