Abstract: Method to manufacture a container includes disposing a first parison within a first mold assembly having a first inner surface defining a first mold chamber. The first mold assembly includes at least one first insert disposed on the first inner surface within the first mold chamber. The first parison is blow molded to form a first container body within the first mold chamber, wherein at least one first portion of the first container body corresponding to the at least one first insert has a first portion temperature greater than a remaining portion of the first container body. The at least one first portion of the first container body can be contacted to at least one second portion of a second container body to attach the first and second container bodies. Assemblies, systems, and intermediate stage pre-assembly multi-chamber containers are also disclosed, as well as multi-chamber containers formed from the same.

Abstract: The invention relates to a stopper device with an external cap made from plastic and an internal insert for fixing the device around the neck of the container. The sleeve of the cap forms a head, into which the insert may be introduced and permanently fixed and a skirt extending axially from the insert. According to the invention, contamination on the neck of the container may be limited and the appearance improved. Particularly at the base of the neck, the skirt essentially forms a frustum converging towards the axis of the sleeve on extending from the head, before the installation of the device around the neck, the frustum forming, at the end opposite the head, an internal surface to come into contact against the container neck under the influence of an elastic deformation of the sleeve as a result of the installation of the device around the neck.

Abstract: The invention relates to a plugging device (1) that comprises a base (10) secured around the neck (2) and a cap (20) supported by the base and capable of movement between a closed and an open position. In order to improve the tamper-proof characteristic of the device, the invention comprises using, on the one hand, a breakable thread (30) having at least one longitudinal end permanently connected to a first portion (211) of the cap or the base and extending, before breaking, lengthwise along the periphery of said portion and, on the other end, a lug (40) permanently connected to another portion, respectively, of the base or the cap, and protruding towards the outside from said second portion.

Abstract: A stopper device is disclosed. The stopper device includes a substantially tubular support defining a first axis, and a tab extending along a second axis substantially perpendicular to the first axis. A cap is hinged to the support to pivot between a closed position and an open position. A tamper-proofing band is connected to the cap in its closed position via at least one breakable bridge situated along a third axis in a portion of the tamper-proofing band. The third axis is substantially perpendicular to the first and second axes when the cap is closed. The cap is pivoted from the closed position to the open position by squeezing along the third axis. During a first stage of the squeezing, the at least one breakable bridge is broken, and during a second stage of the squeezing after the first stage, the fastener tab disengages from the cap opening.

Abstract: A sealing device (1) for use on the neck (3) of a container (2), comprising a substantially tubular body (4) defining a first axis (X-X) and rigidly connectable to the neck, a seal (14) having a substantially ring-shaped cross-section and pivotably connected to the body for movement between a closed position and an open position, a tamper-evident strip (20) having a substantially ring-shaped cross-section, movably supported by the body and connected to the seal in the closed position via at least one frangible bridge that is broken the first time the seal is moved from the closed to the open position. To ensure that the device is both easy to use and strong, the body comprises an engagement tab (8) extending away from the body along a second axis (Y-Y) substantially perpendicular to the first axis (X-X), and insertable into an aperture in the seal.

Abstract: This stopper (1) comprises a capping lid (20) which, in the back portion of a tubular base (10) for surrounding a container neck, forms part of the upper end (10A) of this base, forming a joint (30) with hinges (31) which defines a geometric axis (A-A) for pivoting the lid between the open and closed service positions. A majority of the surface of the lid is made up of an external convex surface that is provided with a concave recess which is disposed more or less opposite an area in which the lid is articulated to the skirt.
