Abstract: Systems and methods of monitoring users and providing a communication network such that users are able to provide assistance to each other. In the event that a user is in need of assistance, the user alerts the system indicating the type of assistance that is necessary. Upon receiving the alert, the system determines the number of other users that are in a position to help. The system signals these other users informing them of the requesting user and their type of necessary assistance. Upon receiving offers from one or more of the candidate users, the system determines the one or more most applicable users that are able to provide the assistance (referred to as the assisting users). The assisting users are given the location and need of the requesting user. The system continues to monitor the requesting user to ensure that they have been provided with the necessary assistance.

Abstract: Providing collaboration information between a primary user and a collaborative user on a collaborative activity associated with the primary user and the collaborative user. A user computer receives a start trigger event that starts a collaborative activity session, sends a notification of the start of the collaborative activity session to a collaborative user and after receiving an end trigger event that ends the collaborative activity session, sends a notification of the ending of the collaborative activity session to the collaborative user. The method includes providing collaborative data to the collaborative users, and storing time and location information of the collaborative users. The method further includes for the prompting or automation of start or stop triggers for an activity based on other factors including the time and location of an individual moving in or out of a defined or geo-fenced region.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for performing marketing research using social and information analytics. The computer is specifically programmed for performing the steps of collecting user-generated content that is associated with a user; and determining if the user-generated content contain a predetermined topic and if it does, storing the user-generated content and user information associated with the user in an audience database associated with the predetermined topic. The method may further includes receiving from a researcher computer a master topic; determining a master user list of user information associated with the master topic and for each of the plurality of the predetermined topics except for the master topic, determining the correlation between the user associated with the master topic and the users associated with each of the other predetermined topics to provide a ranked list of interests for users interested in the master topic.
