  • Publication number: 20240271729
Abstract: A tube connector that includes a cylindrically shaped body having a hollow interior defining a cylindrical inner surface therein. The cylindrically shaped body has a first end with a first opening and a second end with a second opening. The first and second openings are both open to the hollow interior. The cylindrically shaped body has a pipe aligning structure within the hollow interior spaced apart from the cylindrical inner surface dimensioned and shaped to receive a hollow pipe and center the hollow pipe with the hollow interior.

  • Patent number: 11702145
Abstract: A vehicle body structure has a vehicle frame structure, a cabin structure, a cargo area structure and an elastic bumper element. The cabin structure is installed to a forward portion of the vehicle frame structure and defines a passenger compartment. The cabin structure also has a rearward wall. The cargo area structure is installed to a rearward portion of the vehicle frame structure. The cargo area structure has a forward wall spaced apart from the rearward wall of the cabin structure. The elastic bumper element is installed to one of the rearward wall or the forward wall such that in response to flexing of the vehicle frame structure, the elastic bumper element can contact the other of the rearward wall or the forward wall thereby restricting direct contact between the rearward wall and the forward wall.

  • Publication number: 20070131051
Abstract: An orifice cover is described that is selectively disposed within an orifice having a structural member adapted to extend through the orifice. The orifice includes an inner peripheral extent and both an inner surface and an outer surface. The orifice cover further includes an elastomeric main body having an outer periphery. The outer periphery selectively engages the inner peripheral extent of the orifice and the outer periphery includes a securing mechanism for securing the orifice cover to the orifice.

  • Patent number: 5937748
Abstract: A metal coil printing mechanism for providing alignment between two patterns to be printed on a surface of the coil includes a blanket cylinder for applying a pattern to the metal coil and first and second plate cylinders which apply first and second patterns to the blanket cylinder. The first plate cylinder is geared directly to the blanket cylinder for rotation therewith. The second plate cylinder is geared for rotation with the blanket cylinder through a phase shifting device. The phase shifting device can be adjusted such that the circumferential position of the second pattern relative to the first pattern is adjusted such that desired alignment of the two patterns can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 5428899
Abstract: A gauge for determining the position of a workpiece within a fitting. The gauge comprises a body portion having a reference plane, a wall spaced from the reference plane and a fitting-receiving assembly. A shaft receiving bore is provided in the body portion which extends inwardly from the reference plane to receive at least some of the fitting-receiving assembly. The fitting-receiving assembly has a fitting-receiving portion extending outwardly from the reference plane for receiving a fitting thereon. The fitting-receiving portion has an end spaced from the reference plane and is mounted for reciprocal movement within the shaft-receiving bore relative to the reference plane. A stop assembly is provided which is operatively associated with the fitting-receiving portion and is movable therewith. The stop assembly has stop means spaced inwardly from the end on the fitting-receiving portion. A marking bore is provided in the body portion which extends inwardly for the wall.
