One or more razor blades are mounted on the housing, the one or more razor blades each having a blade edge. A cap is at a rear of the housing and behind the razor blades. The cap is composed of a water leachable polymer material to provide skin lubrication. A guard structure is on the housing in front of the razor blades. The guard structure includes first and second flexible skin-engaging protrusions to engage a user's skin in front of the blades and a mounted abrasive, positioned in front of the first flexible skin-engaging protrusion and behind the second flexible skin-engaging protrusion, to remove loose flakes of skin during shaving.
