    Abstract: Systems and method are provided for authenticating a user of a communication session. A computing device may receive a video frame from a communication session between a first user device and a second user. The computing device may extract at features from the video frame and execute a neural network using the set of features. The neural network may be configured to generate a depth map of a user represented in the video frame. The computing device may authenticate a user of the first user device by matching the depth map to a second depth map associated with an authenticated user. Upon authenticating the user, the computing device may generate a third depth map by merging the depth map with the second depth map. The third depth map may be used to authenticate the user during a subsequent communication session involving the user.

    Abstract: A generative machine-learning model may be trained using communication session data to tailor a generative model on particular classes of communications. A set of communications sessions may be received with each communication session including, for example, communications between a doctor and a patient. A set of features may be generated by a natural language model from communications extracted from the communication sessions. A subset of the set of communication sessions may be defined based on the set of features. A training dataset may be defined using the subset of the set of communication sessions and used to train a machine-learning model. The machine-learning model can be configured to generate one or more contexts associated with a feature of the set of features. Upon receiving a request associated with a particular, a response may be generated using the machine-learning model and a feature vector derived from the request.

The method may comprise intercepting a first audio segment over an audio channel of a communication session between a first user device and a second user device. The method may further comprise identifying user profile data associated with the first user device, and generating, based on the user profile data, a second audio segment using a machine-learning model. The second audio segment is contextually related to the first audio segment. The method may further comprise transmitting, to the first user device, the second audio segment over the audio channel of the communication session. When received by the first user device, the second audio segment is presented over a portion of the first audio segment.
