Abstract: Systems and methods for determining and communicating lost revenue opportunity associated with dispensing data and/or billing data corresponding to an outpatient pharmacy transaction. Dispensing data and billing data may be received by the service provider computer from a healthcare provider computer. The service provider computer may load the dispensing data and the billing data into a target dispensing data table and a target billing data table, respectively. The service provider computer may identify one or more data events corresponding to the target dispensing data table and/or the target billing data table. The service provider computer may determine one or more lost revenue opportunities for the identified data events. The service provider computer may generate a lost revenue report including the determined lost revenue opportunities, and communicate the lost revenue report to the healthcare provider computer.
