Abstract: In one form, an apparatus for improving the storage capacity of a building is described. A container capable of storing items is stored in a building. A first positioning system, such as a trolley, carousel or carrying cage, locates the container and positions the container for transport. A second positioning system transports the container to another location in the building and implants the container into a room. The container contains a room concept, such as a kitchen or bedroom, thereby enabling a room to be transformed into differing rooms.
