    Abstract: A wall mounted isometric push-up machine for a user is disclosed. Included is a first member having a first end and a second end, a second member having a second end and a first end that is pivotally connected to the first end of the first member, an applicator being fixedly connected to the second end of the second member, wherein a spring is used for regulating the tension the applicator applies to the back of the user so that the user can choose his own comfortable amount.
