Abstract: The invention relates to devices for preparing (10) and distributing (40) medicines to a plurality of patients (32), said devices respectively comprising at least one preparation holder (16), one distribution holder (43) and receptacles (15) in which pillboxes (12) are inserted. The preparation and distribution holders are adapted to receive identical receptacles and the computing means of each distribution device access a database shared with the computing means of a preparation device. The invention relates to an assembly comprising at least one preparation device and at least one distribution device, as well as to a method for preparing and distributing medicines which is implemented using these devices.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device (1) for packaging at least one unit dose of medicaments in a divided solid pharmaceutical dosage form forming at least one cell for storing and dispensing such a unit dose, each cell comprising: a dish (11) delimiting a volume (15) for storing such a unit dose; a cover (12) adapted to close the storage volume; a partition (13) adapted to be able to extend into the storage volume of the dish and to delimit a plurality of compartments (20) therein for keeping the medicaments of the unit dose separate from one another, characterised in that the partition (13) extending into the dish (11) is able to be removed from the dish (11). The invention also relates to a packaging method, to a device for storing and dispensing such medicaments and to a method for dispensing such medicaments to a patient.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing a pillbox (23) comprising a plurality of cavities for receiving at least one pill, in which the following steps are performed: at least two filling steps in which, in each filling step, a group of at least one pill is placed in at least one cavity of the pillbox (23) according to data, named filling data, a step of acquiring an image of the pillbox (23) by an image acquisition device (24) after at least two filling steps, characterised in that, after at least one acquisition step, named current acquisition step, a step of checking the filling of the pillbox (23) is performed in which: an image acquired during said current acquisition step is compared with an image acquired during an acquisition step preceding said current acquisition step, then conformity of the filling is evaluated.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of distribution of medications to a plurality of patients in which dose-time medication organisers are used, each containing, for a patient, different unitary doses of medications for a single dose time but for different days; the different medication organisers are grouped in a plurality of groups of dose-time medication organisers each including, in a common receiver, different medication organisers for different patients for a single dose time; for the distribution of medications, a receiver is selected for a dose time corresponding to the distribution time, and the medications are administered to the patients of the medication organisers of this receiver.
