  • Patent number: 7168389
Abstract: A banner-carrying apparatus which reduces the folding and winding up of the banner or flag about the banner-carrying pole by using a tubular sleeve coaxially, annularly and rotatively mounted about a flag pole shaft. Low friction bearing surfaces allow the sleeve to freely rotate unwinding, through the force of gravity, a flag which has been wound upon it. Specialized clamps provide adjustable and releasable securing of the flag to the sleeve.

  • Patent number: 6805580
Abstract: A safety cover installed over an electrical wall outlet comprises two quarter-shell segments hinged about their median sections to a base. When the two segments are clamped together, they form a protective hood over the outlet. When separated, the segments fall away from the outlet to provide free access to it. A sleeve surrounding the base can be slid over the the root of the shell segments to lock them in their closed position. The mating edges of the clamped segments are indented in their center section to accommodate the electrical cord of a jack plugged into the outlet.

  • Patent number: 5372549
Abstract: A wig flipping device comprising a cap which is connected to a spring-loaded wig is disclosed. A releasable retention mechanism holds the wig to the cap and when a trigger mechanism is activated, the retention mechanism releases causing the spring to uncoil and raise the wig above the cap.

  • Patent number: 5333742
Abstract: A sanitary toothbrush holder is provided, which consists of a plate for mounting the holder to a flat vertical surface. A bracket extends outwardly from the plate, while a receptacle is formed on a forward end of the bracket. A roll of sanitary disposable plastic bags is rotatably carried in the bracket. The leading bag can be opened and positioned manually within the receptacle to receive a bristle head of a toothbrush. When the leading bag with the bristle head of the toothbrush is removed, it will protect the bristle head from collecting germs, dust and dirt when not in use.

  • Patent number: 4981439
Abstract: A safety cover for an electrical wall outlet is described that has a cover base plate and at least one cowl means attached to the base plate to enclose an electrical plug when the plug is in the electrical receptacle. The cover has a rail means in the inside circumferential surface of the cowl to guide the plug into the receptacle and to reduce the sagging of the plug while in the receptacle. This reduces possible accidental contact with the prongs of the plug when it is being inserted or extracted while the prongs of the plug are still in contact with the receptacle which reduces the chance of an electrical shock or a fire hazard. There is a protective cap means to place over the access port to the cowl to reduce the chance of undesired entry to the receptacle while the plug is not in place in the receptacle. There is a locking means on the cover comprising a locking pin on the outside surface of the cowl means and a J-shaped camming slot on the cap.
