  • Publication number: 20220081882
Abstract: A well water system includes a two piece modular adaptor that allows the pressure controls to be readily detached from the plumbing of the well water system. The modular adaptor includes a hollow adaptor body and a detachable adaptor coupler, which connects the pressure control and a pressure gauge to the modular adaptor. The detachable coupler allows the pressure controller to be completely disconnected from the well water system without reworking the existing plumbing and reduces the potential of major water leaks.

  • Publication number: 20200131744
Abstract: A well water system includes a pressure switch adapted to monitor air pressure within a pressure tank, rather than water pressure within plumbing. The pressure switch is connected directly to the pressure tank by a tank adaptor in fluid communication with the pressurized air inside the tank. With the tank adaptor directly connecting the pressure tank to the pressure switch, the pump is actuated based on air pressure changes within the tank rather than water pressure changes in the plumbing. The pressure switch is calibrated to activate the pump when the air pressure within the pressure tank drops below a predetermined pressure, which correlates to a certain water pressure within the system. When the air pressure within the pressure tank is restored to a predetermined maximum, the pressure switch deactivates the pump having filled the tank to the desired maximum water threshold.

  • Publication number: 20180193637
Abstract: A method and related systems and apparatuses for wrinkle reduction. The method includes the steps of positioning and applying a patch to skin of a consumer and adhesively securing the patch to the skin. A chemical composition on the patch includes both active ingredients and adhesive. A pair of electrodes are connected to a battery-driven, microprocessor-based controller. A current is applied through the electrodes in the patch for a selected time. The chemical composition in the patch is propelled into the consumer through use of the current in order to relax the skin or the consumer. The patch is removed and any residue of the chemical composition is massaged into the skin.

  • Patent number: 8480059
Abstract: An adjustable motorcycle prop jack comprised of a hinging device with an over-center locking action for lifting and holding in place a motorcycle's rear wheel by lifting the motorcycle's right side over the pivot line formed between the tip of its side stand and the contact point of the front tire to facilitate maintenance requiring the rear wheel to spin freely. The invention is comprised of a base and lifting arm, and a pin and spacers inserted between the two to form a hinge. The motorcycle is lifted by placing the base of the invention perpendicular to, and on the ground, and the lifting arm under a lifting point on the rear right side of the motorcycle with the invention forming an obtuse angle. Upon engagement, the invention lifts the rear of the motorcycle off the ground and locks in an over-center position.
