    Abstract: A drainage surface construction is provided for a bathroom or shower floor. The surface is formed using a rigid polyurethane foam support that is contoured or sloped to facilitate drainage toward a drainage point. In one embodiment the support is cut to size to align with a drainage area and drainage outlet. A sill is provided about a peripheral edge of the support and a sill cover can be laid over the sill to assist with tiling, location of bathroom joinery and aesthetic appearance.
