  • Publication number: 20250269341
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system, method, and use for the unloading of solid material particles used in a physical, chemical, and/or biological process in a tank and for the inertization of the tank. The receiving tank and the pump are fluidically connected. The inert gas supply device is fluidically connected to the tank and to at least one injector. The at least one injector is arranged along the transport line that connects the tank to the receiving tank and is configured to inject inert gas into the transport line. The pump is configured to generate negative pressure in the receiving tank and in the tank, and the inert gas supply device is configured to insert inert gas into the tank and supply inert gas to at least one injector, to allow the displacement of solid material particles from the tank to the receiving tank.

  • Publication number: 20250256929
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for loading and unloading agents in the form of particulate solid material, used for carrying out a physical, chemical, and/or biological process in one or more tanks. The system includes: an intermediate tank, a pump, and a pneumatic conveyor. The intermediate tank and the pump are fluidically connected. For unloading a tank containing saturated or degraded solid material particles, an empty or partially empty solid material tank is fluidically connected to the intermediate tank and the tank containing saturated or degraded solid material particles. For loading a tank, a solid material tank containing unsaturated or undegraded solid material particles is fluidically connected to the intermediate tank.

  • Patent number: 4836834
Abstract: In a housing enclosing a collector chamber for filtering air laden with dust or other contaminants, a filter element is mounted in line with a clean air opening into the chamber through the housing and is attached so that contaminated air coming into another housing opening into the chamber must pass through the filter media for removing the contaminants from the air. From time to time a stream of pressurized cleaning air is applied in the reverse direction through the first opening to drive contaminants off the filter media. A deflector or diffuser is located in line with the clean air opening to diffuse the applied stream of cleaning air so that it does not directly impinge the filter element.
