Abstract: An improved design of an automatic tool changing system for use with a machine tool is disclosed. The design of the tool gripper and tool holder enable reliable tool changes without requiring precise alignment of the machine tool spindle with the tool changer. In addition, the invention is modular in nature and allows an automatic tool changer to be added to a variety of machine tools in a simple and cost effective manner without extensive modification and rewiring.

Abstract: A portable shower that can be used in diverse environment and that can accommodate persons with disabilities that prevent them from being ambulatory. A base for the shower is of a size and shape permitting a person to stand therein, or sit on a shower chair thereon. A sprayer is provided comprising a tank for holding water, a hand pump for pressurizing the water in the tank, and a hose extending from the tank and terminating in a spray head. The sprayer is contained in an upright ledge integral with the base, located within the periphery of the base, and that has an opening sized to receive at least a portion of the sprayer tank. A frame formed from tubular posts is secured upright from the base. A clip secures the sprayer hose to the top of a tubular post to dispose the spray head at a location above the head of the user.

Abstract: A method, system and program product for managing energy diversion investigations. An energy diversion case is identified and case information is entered into an energy diversion investigation application. The data entered into the application is automatically accumulated and stored in an energy diversion investigations database. An energy diversion case file is generated and updated by an investigator assigned to the energy diversion case. The energy diversion case file can include case information, condition found, people involved in the energy diversion case, cost and recovery information, legal action taken and account information regarding the premises for which the investigation is being conducted. A revenue protection component determines a cost and a recovery amount associated with the energy diversion case. A report component generates predefined or custom reports for management and analysis.

Abstract: The present method describes a new method for the measurement of dark adaptation. The dark adaptation status of subjects may then be used to identify those subjects who are at risk of developing and/or who are currently suffering from a variety of disease states having their clinical manifestations in impaired dark adaptation. The disease states include, but are not limited to, age related macular degeneration, vitamin A deficiency, Sorsby's Fundus Dystrophy, late autosomal dominant retinal degeneration, retinal impairment related to diabetes and diabetic retinopathy. An apparatus for administering the test method described is also provided.
