Abstract: An improved bicycle includes a handlebar which may be moved such that the handlebar remains essentially unmoved when the bicycle frame moves when encountering an obstacle and/or irregularity. Various embodiments provide different degrees of movement of the handlebars and linear or arcoidal types of movement. In one embodiment, movement of the handlebar with respect to the bicycle frame results in a movement of the bicycle's seat to allow for an improved posture for the rider.
