Abstract: A ladder stabilizing system and standoff device comprising a base having a leg receiving portion typically a straight member. The base also includes a U-shaped member. The leg receiving member has removed ends that may telescopically receive a number of different shaped removable legs. The removable legs are in various configurations for use with walls of various configurations. The U-shaped member will attach by clamps to the ladder and the leg receiving member of the base, with the legs thereon, will rest against the wall, when the system is in use.
