  • Publication number: 20260015078
Abstract: An aircraft portion includes a piece of equipment including an outer wall delimiting an enclosure and a door facing an aisle. The equipment door is displaceable between a closed configuration and an open configuration. The aisle has a maximum width when the door is in the closed configuration and a minimum width when the door is in the open configuration. When the door is in the closed configuration and in case of depressurization, the door is displaced and kept into an emergency configuration. The aisle has an optimum width which corresponds to a width sufficient for simultaneously letting air escape from the enclosure and enabling passengers to walk down the aisle past the piece of equipment.
