Abstract: A method and system for capturing customer information and/or behavioral data that may include, for example, the day/time/date of the visit, the location on the site, channel or other electronic media property, demographic information including physical location, ad format data, as well as partner coding information. The method and system passes such information, to an analyzer which determines which advertising unit to a display device, and what follow-up sales process will be used. The system and method also includes capturing the customer action information, and continuously analyzing such information against pre-determined rule-sets to determine whether a decision should be made to remove such advertising unit from the advertising marketing mix.

Abstract: The method and system of the present invention provides a comparative and variable pricing system that allows users to enter an item request regarding a specific product or service in which they have an interest, submit such information to a host provider, and receive back a comparative list of providers of that item, as well as terms of offer for the item. The system allows for both retail and wholesale pricing to co-exist, and for a variable pricing mechanism to be applied to products, services and/or service available from the host provider, in connection with the prices available elsewhere in the market.

Abstract: The method and the system of the present invention provide for uniquely identifying a real estate property. A universal identifier associated with a real estate property permits a user to request information related to the real estate property, submit the request to a host system and receive a fulfillment of the information request by the host system and/or a data provider linked to the host system. The fulfillment includes an identifier that is unique, and preferably permanently, associated with the real estate property. The universal identifier may be based on a base code and a series code or a base code and a country code.
