  • Patent number: 10533331
Abstract: A tie system and method for forming a wall from a hardenable building material over a footing. The tie system includes multiple wall ties configured to be directly interconnected to form a wall tie stack such that multiple wall tie stacks can be positioned over the footing in a spaced apart, vertically extending arrangement. Each wall tie includes first and second planar surfaces to be directly fastened to respective first and second panel structures. In one embodiment, the tie system includes tabs for supporting multiple insulation panels positioned between the vertically extending tie stacks and between the first and second panel structures.

  • Publication number: 20160281355
Abstract: A tie system and method for forming a wall from a hardenable building material. In one embodiment, the tie system includes multiple wall ties configured to be directly interconnected to form a wall tie stack such that multiple wall tie stacks are positioned between first and second panel structures. Each wall tie stack defining a first wall portion and a second wall portion with an intermediate portion extending therebetween. The first and second wall portions define a first planar surface and a second planar surface, the first and second planar surfaces being outer most surfaces of the wall tie stack to define a wall tie width. The first planar surface is configured to be directly fastened to the inner surface of the first panel structure and the second planar surface is configured to be directly fastened to the inner surface of the second panel structure.

  • Publication number: 20160244985
Abstract: A tie system and method for forming a wall from a hardenable building material over an existing concrete wall. In one embodiment, the tie system includes multiple wall ties configured to be directly interconnected to form a wall tie stack such that multiple wall tie stacks can be positioned over the existing concrete wall in a spaced apart, vertically extending arrangement. The multiple wall tie stacks are configured to extend substantially perpendicular between substantially parallel panel structures. The tie system may be secured with the parallel panel structures to extend vertically as forms for a concrete wall and, if desired, transversely as forms for a concrete roof structure over, for example, a roof truss system, joined together with forms for forming a concrete eave portion. In this manner, the tie system may be employed to form a concrete building structure extending as the walls and roof of the structure.

• Patent number: 9033303
Abstract: A tie system and method for forming a wall from a hardenable building material. In one embodiment, the tie system includes multiple ties configured to be directly interconnected into a vertically extending tie stack such that multiple tie stacks can be positioned over a footing in a spaced apart arrangement. The multiple tie stacks are configured to extend substantially perpendicular between substantially parallel panel structures. Each tie stack includes one or more base members and one or more wall ties, each of which directly attach to each other in a vertically stacked arrangement.
