Abstract: Disclosed is a cross axis hydro-turbine arrangement for capturing energy from a water flow W, the arrangement including a turbine, a drive shaft, a machine for converting rotational energy of the shaft into other energy, a support frame, a support beam and a pivot arrangement, wherein, the turbine is arranged to drive the shaft in rotation, the shaft is arranged to drive, directly or indirectly, the machine, the turbine and machine are mounted on the support frame, and the frame is pivotable on the pivot about the beam.
