Patent number: 12205189Abstract: The system is disclosed for visual marking sensitive documents for leak prevention. Each time an action is taken with regard to a document (e.g., creation, viewing, downloading), that action is added to a distributed ledger, essentially creating a unique hash for a new instance of the document. This new hash is visually embedded in the document as a code comprising a plurality of differently shaded pixels, wherein some of the pixels directly encode information regarding the document (e.g., an account that generated the new instance of the document, a date, a time, a unique ID for the document, etc.) and some of the pixels do not encode information. The code is capable of being scanned either digitally or physically on a printed version of the document, such that the immediate source of the document, corresponding to who leaked the document, is able to be discerned.Type: GrantFiled: September 12, 2024Date of Patent: January 21, 2025Assignee: Equity Shift, Inc.Inventors: Thomas Marshall Gordon, III, Gregory Frederick Bush

Patent number: 11713655Abstract: A liner hanger is used for deploying a liner into a wellbore. The liner hanger includes a tubular body having a first end and a second end. The first end can include a connection to a liner. The second end can include a sealed connection to an operational pipe. The sealed connection can be releasable. An expansion tool attached to a work string can be used for suspending the liner hanger into the wellbore. At least a portion of the expandable pipe is radially expanded using the expansion tool. The radial expansion of the expandable pipe can cause compression of at least one seal member against a base casing.Type: GrantFiled: May 5, 2022Date of Patent: August 1, 2023Assignee: Enventure Global Technology Inc.Inventors: Eric James Connor, Gregory Marshall Noel

Publication number: 20200063521Abstract: An expandable sleeve is used for providing support to an obturation member. The expandable sleeve and the obturation member form a hydraulic isolation in a casing. The expandable sleeve has preferably a small thickness or cross-section, which can allow for a large flow-through inner diameter after expansion. Also, the expandable sleeve is preferably short. Thus, mill-up operations that are performed when the expandable sleeve is no longer in use can be expedited or even eliminated in some cases.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 20, 2019Publication date: February 27, 2020Inventors: Matthew Mark Godfrey, Gregory Marshall Noel, Matt Meiners, Eric James Connor

Publication number: 20170267039Abstract: A device for controlling tire pressure is disclosed which comprises a pump (28) having opposed pistons (30) which reciprocate in cylinders (40) carried by a casing (38). The pistons (30) are at the outer ends of rings (50) which are themselves fitted to an eccentric (26). The eccentric (26) is integral with a clutch plate (24). A second clutch plate (22) is fixed to a non-rotating axle (18) which itself forms part of a hanging counterweight structure (20). A piston (84) pushes the eccentric and clutch plate (26, 24) against the clutch plate (22) thereby to prevent the eccentric (26) from rotating with the rings (50) upon a sensor detecting that a tire has a low pressure in it. Stopping the eccentric initiates the pumping action of the pistons (30).Type: ApplicationFiled: June 1, 2017Publication date: September 21, 2017Inventors: Pierre van Wyk Becker, Mark Gregory Marshall

Patent number: 9451787Abstract: An ozone-based disinfecting device is provided comprising a mixer having a generally hollow body with a water inlet for water under pressure, a spray nozzle for generating a generally conical spray of water introduced by way of the water inlet, a contact chamber communicating with a gas inlet for ozone rich gases, and an outlet aperture from the contact chamber that is coaxial with the spray nozzle and spaced apart therefrom. An electronic flow sensing device senses the extent of the flow of water through the spray nozzle according to vibration caused by water flowing through the mixer. The electronic flow sensing device is preferably located in a pocket formed in the mixer and preferably comprises a piezoelectric sensor embedded at least around its periphery in a settable material. A preferred construction of the mixer is also described.Type: GrantFiled: September 2, 2014Date of Patent: September 27, 2016Assignee: Arcaqua (Pty) Ltd.Inventors: Crispin Miles Russell, Mark Gregory Marshall, Clint Les Foster, Derek Hedley Rowles

Patent number: 9392815Abstract: An ozone-based disinfecting device is provided comprising a mixer (2) having a generally hollow body with a water inlet for water under pressure, a spray nozzle (8) for generating a generally conical spray of water introduced by way of the water inlet, a contact chamber (7) communicating with a gas inlet (5) for ozone rich gases, and an outlet aperture (12) from the contact chamber. The outlet aperture is coaxial with the spray nozzle and axially spaced apart therefrom. The diameter of the outlet aperture corresponds substantially to the diameter of the conical spray at that position so that substantially no free space exists between the outside of the conical spray and the periphery of the outlet, in use. The contact chamber generally has a larger cross-sectional size than the diameter of the outlet aperture.Type: GrantFiled: May 11, 2012Date of Patent: July 19, 2016Assignee: Arcaqua (Pty) LtdInventors: Crispin Miles Russell, Mark Gregory Marshall
