Abstract: A collaborative information sharing system as described herein employs a graphical user interface (GUI) that displays a spaciotemporal rendering along with icons that represent items of interest, such as aircraft, vessels, radar equipment, and communications equipment. The GUI is also used to display item data that describes, defines, or identifies the items of interest. The item data may be provided by multiple information sources residing in different network security domains. The system combines item data governed by disparate security protocols in a manner that allows users having different security credentials to collaborate and share the information while still providing the required security and data protection.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing an assessment of tasks using a computer implemented task assessment management system are provided. The method includes generating a program objective by a customer that defines an end-product to be supplied to the customer by a contractor and generating a plurality of tasks that support supplying the end-product to the customer, the plurality of tasks including at least one metric that defines the performance of the task to support supplying the supplying the end-product to the customer. The method also includes evaluating the contractor performance in completing each of the plurality of tasks using the respective at least one metric, the self-assessment stored in a memory of the task assessment management system and evaluating the contractor performance in completing each of the plurality of tasks by the customer using the respective at least one metric and the self-assessment.

Abstract: A spacecraft adapter having embedded resources for supporting a non-primary payload on a launch vehicle. The spacecraft adapter includes a battery, a power distribution and control system, and an interface circuit for interfacing with the non-primary payload. Other modules/subsystems such as data storage, sensor and data interface and communications may be included to suit the needs of a particular non-primary payload and/or particular mission of the non-primary payload. The adaptor does not require any interfacing with the bus of the primary payload and can be scaled/modified as needed to provide only that degree of functionality needed for a given non-primary payload being carried by the launch vehicle.

Abstract: Methods and systems for semi-automated job requisition are disclosed. In one embodiment, an inline interview including a set of job characteristics for a position to be filled is formed, and a set of employer rankings for the set of job characteristics is assigned. The inline interview is provided to one or more prospective job seekers. A set of job seeker rankings for the set of job characteristics is received from each of the one or more prospective job seekers. Then, a score is generated for each of the one or more prospective job seekers, including comparing the set of employer rankings with the set of job seeker rankings.
