A bottom wall of the boot tip is seated on the tang bottom seat forming a shear punching edge between the front wall and the bottom wall. A sidewall is connected to the tang bottom and front walls with a shearing edge between the side and bottom walls. A side plate with an indexing hub is seated on the guide side tang face, the top seat and the rear seat.
