Abstract: Systems and methods are used to deliver advertisements online to an Internet user. A database records advertiser specified criteria for the delivery of one or more advertisements to an Internet user. A server is operable to receive a collection of material for delivery to a user, where the collection of material resulting from the user having conducted activity on the Internet, and to analyse the collection of material according to the specified criteria. The server is further operable in the event the criteria are met, to deliver an advertisement specified by the advertiser together with at least a portion of the collection of material.
