A supplemental weight loss procedure, with controlled feeding, behavioral modification, controlled physical activity, and nutritional supplements is followed when the individual does not reach the goals, which are set based on the collected personal information. A weight maintenance cycle follows treatment cycles, where the point stimulation elements are kept in skin contact with multiple biologically active maintenance areas for at least a portion of the multi-day maintenance cycle.
