  • Patent number: 11080110
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure track and monitor automated system events, user-initiated events, and outcomes associated with system events and user-initiated events for providing real-time or near real-time measurements and insights. According to examples, a system is provided that is operative or configured to collect specific events and associated data associated with events that occur within various systems and products. The data is captured, aggregated, and stored in in-memory data storage. Accordingly, the data can be represented and displayed in a dashboard interface in real-time or near real-time. Accordingly, inefficient polling, long-running queries, and scheduled tasks can be eliminated.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 12, 2018
Date of Patent: August 3, 2021
    Assignee: Experian Health, Inc.
Inventors: Edmond Chase Pilkington, David Stephen Phoebus, Gregory Scott MacKenzie, Michael Peter Ochs, Jason Harrison Wallis, Kassandra Marie Kurth

  • Patent number: 10102598
Abstract: Dynamically determining an optimum connectivity path is provided. Default paths to connectivity sources associated with a payer may be determined and ranked based on various metrics, such as availability, content, and cost. When a connection to a primary connectivity source is determined to be down or unresponsive, a request may automatically be routed to a next connectivity source, wherein the next connectivity source is determined to be a next highest ranking connectivity source based on the various metrics. Data associated with availability, content, cost, and other attributes may be collected, stored in a database, and utilized to rank connectivity sources. Accordingly, as new information about a payer or connectivity source is discovered, default paths and rankings of connectivity sources may change.

  • Publication number: 20160267230
Abstract: Identification of data discrepancies in patient encounter information and automatic resolution of identified data discrepancies without user intervention is provided. The touchless processing system identifies data discrepancies between patient encounter information and one or more transaction processing outcomes, determines which data discrepancies can be resolved without user intervention, automatically resolves the identified data discrepancies according to a set of rules, and posts relevant information associated with the data discrepancy resolution to a healthcare provider information system.
