  • Publication number: 20130285518
Abstract: A display case panel mounting system includes a mounting bracket, sliding panel mount, and a slider. The sliding panel mount may include a first slide profile and a second slide profile. The mounting bracket may be capable of connecting to a display case and the slider may connect to the mounting bracket and the first slide profile to facilitate rotational movement of the sliding panel mount. The second slide profile may engage the first slide profile to facilitate linear movement of the second slide profile with respect to the first slide profile. A panel clamp may connect to the second slide profile to receive a panel for the display case to facilitate rotational movement and linear movement of the panel and various orientations of the panel.

  • Patent number: 8292376
Abstract: A system having an adjustable pivot length assist mechanism for a cover or door of an enclosure. Adjusting lengths of a link may change a differential ratio of mechanical advantage in that a small change in the force transfer link length yields a large change in the gas spring load for a given force at the other end of the link. The mechanism may utilize one or more gas springs. One end of a spring may be connected to a bellcrank rotatable on a shaft attached to a portion of a hinge secured to the enclosure. Another portion of the hinge may be attached to and support the door relative to the enclosure. Attached to another location on the bellcrank may be a force transfer link connected to a lever attached to a door portion of the hinge. The force transfer link may have a length adjustment. At least one end of each of the one or more gas springs may have two-dimensional movement.

  • Publication number: 20080198600
Abstract: A light emitting diode lighting assembly includes a display unit and lighting assemblies. The display unit includes a left vertical support on a left side, a right vertical support on a right side, and a front portion. The first lighting assembly is operatively connected to the left vertical support proximate the front portion and includes a first plurality of light emitting diodes and a first reflector. The second lighting assembly is operatively connected to the right vertical support proximate the front portion and includes a second plurality of light emitting diodes and a second reflector. The first reflector directs light from the first plurality of light emitting diodes toward the right side and the front portion and the second reflector directs light from the second plurality of light emitting diodes toward the left side and the front portion to uniformly illuminate contents of the display unit proximate the front portion.

  • Publication number: 20060209537
Abstract: A display assembly with low voltage powered lighting includes a connection surface, a low voltage conductor, a power supply, and a board. The connection surface has a cavity and an aperture providing access to the cavity. The low voltage conductor is positioned within the cavity of the connection surface and is accessible through the aperture. The low voltage conductor is defined by 0.01 to 48.00 volts. The power supply is operatively connected to the low voltage conductor, and the power supply is set to 4 to 48 volts. The board includes a plurality of light emitting diodes and a driver. The driver interconnects the plurality of light emitting diodes and the low voltage conductor. The low voltage conductor provides power to any number of boards within the capability of the power supply.
