    Abstract: A timepiece has a case with an interior sidewall defining a cavity therein. A movement is received in the cavity and has an end surface and a side perimeter surface. The side perimeter surface is spaced inwardly from the interior sidewall of the case. A winding body is coupled to the movement about the end surface. At least a portion of the winding resides between the side perimeter surface of the movement and the interior sidewall of the case.
