  • Patent number: 11001489
Abstract: The method includes indentifying the beer keg to a brewery which fills the keg and for identifying the date on which the beer keg is filled. A sensor system is attachable to or built into the beer keg for identifying the temperature of the beer and for locating the keg. A communication system directly transmits information between the brewery and the sensor system on the keg.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 10384924
Abstract: The monitoring system includes a system for indentifying the beer keg to a user which fills the keg and for identifying the date on which the beer keg is filled. A sensor system is attachable to or built into the beer keg, including at least one of the following sensors: a temperature sensor for the beer, a volume sensor for the beer present in the keg and a location sensor for the keg. A communication system transmits the sensor information to a remote data center for the user.

  • Patent number: 8272862
Abstract: The article and corresponding method include a casting fixture for a part of a skin formulation applicator which is otherwise difficult to cast. The casting fixture includes a central cup section and two opposing tear-away sections. A rigid base portion of an applicator tip assembly is mounted into an upper rim of the cup section and liquid silicone material is poured into the volume defined in the cup section portion beneath the base portion. The silicone cures and bonds to extending elements from the base portion, providing a firm connection between the cast tip portion and the base portion. When the combined part is ready for use, the tear-away sections are removed by the user, which results in an easy ejection of the part, which can then be installed by the user in the formulation applicator.
