  • Publication number: 20210291489
Abstract: A laminating structure of an optical clear binder (OCB) of an optical panel, which is applied between a display protective cover lens and a display module, or between a touch panel and the display module. The laminating structure includes two transparent low-adhesion adhesive layers and a first optical transparent sheet. One of the transparent low-adhesion adhesive layers is repeatedly removeable and directly attached to the protective cover lens or the touch panel, the other one of the transparent low-adhesion adhesive layers is repeatedly removeable and directly attached to the display module. The first optical transparent sheet is stacked between both the transparent low-adhesion adhesive layers. An upper surface of the first optical transparent sheet and a lower surface of the first optical transparent sheet are directly attached to an optical clear adhesive (OCA) layer.

  • Publication number: 20080239728
Abstract: The light control device provides fillings in the valleys of the prism elements, be it uniformly or non-uniformly arranged, which is made of UV and/or thermal curable resins of an appropriate refractive index different from that of the prism elements. The optical performance of the original prism elements can be altered by the following approaches. First, the refractive index of the fillings can be appropriately chosen. Second, the fillings can be up to an appropriate height (but never overruns the surrounding prism elements). Third, the distribution of the height or the refractive index of the fillings across the light emission plane can be “patterned,” that is, in accordance with the planar light intensity distribution produced by the light source.

  • Publication number: 20080095997
Abstract: A multi-function, multi-layer optical film is disclosed herein. The most basic structure of the optical film contains a first hard coat layer on a front surface of a transparent substrate. The first hard coat layer can integrate in itself the anti-glare, anti-smudge, anti-UV, and anti-static functions by blending appropriate amount of specific chemicals into the acrylate resin of the first hard coat layer. The first hard coat layer is made of acrylate resin containing an appropriate amount of polyoxetane polymers with pendant side chain having at least a fluorocarbon (C—F) bond. The constituent fluorine modifies the surface energy of the first hard coat layer so that additional function-enhancing layers can be developed from the front surface of the basic structure reliably.

  • Patent number: 6237392
Abstract: An inspection apparatus for gas detectors is disclosed which comprises an open-feasibly air-tight testing reservoir in which gas detectors to be tested can be positioned, an air-tight dispensing reservoir for mixing the gas to be tested, a vacuum device for making the testing reservoir and the dispensing reservoir in vacuum, a gas supply device for supplying at least a standard gas and a diluting gas to the dispensing reservoir, and a controlling means for controlling the dispensation of the gases to each of the above-described components of the invention. By means of the invention, the executions of the mixing of the gases and the detection of the gas detector are substantially simultaneous and thus the time consumption as well as the amount of required gas are reduced. Moreover, an automatic control is available when the inspection apparatus of the invention is equipped with a computer.
