Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for camera identification and detection on color features. In some aspects, the method comprises: 1) starting the camera, the image processing unit and the display unit at the beginning of testing; 2) using the camera to capture the color characteristic value; and 3) moving the untested object to the detection area of the camera for it to be detected, wherein the image processing unit extracts the mean color characteristic value from the color pixels of the detection area.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods, devices, and systems of wireless communication. In one embodiment, a method for wireless communication between a first electronic device and a second electronic device includes: providing information symbols to the first electronic device, transmitting a pairing request from the first electronic device to the second electronic device, obtaining a pairing password by accessing a database, and establishing a wireless communication channel between the first electronic device and the second electronic device. In some embodiments, the information symbols are provided audibly or visually by the second electronic device and include a wireless communication address of the second electronic device. In some embodiments, the pairing pass word is obtained using the wireless communication address. In some embodiments, the wireless communication channel is obtained using the obtained pairing password.

Abstract: A microarray-based assay is provided, which is used for analyzing molecular interactions, including polynucleotides, polypeptides, antibodies, small molecule compounds, peptides and carbohydrates. Such method comprises coupling a target molecule to a particle and then binding to a probe molecule on microarray. In particular, multiplexed genetic analysis of nucleic acid fragments can be implemented. Specific genes, single nucleotide polymorphisms or gene mutations, such as deletions, insertions, and indels, can be identified. Coupled with microarray, the particles, themselves or further modified, facilitate the detection of results with non-expensive devices or even naked eyes. This technology enables the detection and interpretation of molecular interactions in an efficient and cost effective way.
