    Abstract: This application relates to batteries and provides a high-voltage power distribution device, a housing forming method, a battery device, and an electric apparatus. The device includes a first housing having an insulated main body and multiple electrical connection members. Each electrical connection member has a main body portion embedded in the housing and a connection portion exposed on the surface. Recessed holes are formed between adjacent main body portions to define cavity areas, and connection ribs are provided in these areas to connect and position adjacent electrical connection members during molding. After injection molding, the ribs are disconnected at the recessed holes to separate the main body portions. This structure allows the electrical connection members and the housing to be molded as an integral unit, improving positioning accuracy and processing efficiency.

The power distribution device includes a housing and multiple electrical connection members. The housing has an insulated main body, and the electrical connection members are embedded in the main body and spaced apart from one another. Each electrical connection member includes a connection portion and an output portion. The housing is provided with an interface configured to receive an external electrical connector, with each output portion extending into and exposed within the interface. When the external connector is inserted, its terminal contacts the output portion, enabling direct electrical connection without the need for additional adapters or wires. This design simplifies the structure of the power distribution device and improves assembly efficiency.
