    Abstract: A side mold working mechanism includes a cavity plate defining a mounting groove forming a receiving hole. Bilateral sides of the mounting groove hollow toward bilateral sides of the cavity plate to form two hollow grooves. Two guide blocks disposed in the hollow grooves have a leading track. The guide block defines a locating recess communicating with the leading track. Two locating blocks fixedly mounted in the locating recesses have a preventing portion placed on the leading track. A slide is movably assembled in the mounting groove. Bilateral sides of the top of the slide protrude outward to form two shoulders slidably supported by the leading tracks and capable of being blocked by the preventing portions. The top of the slide defines an inclined groove and an angular pin has an inclined bottom end for being inserted into or withdrawn out of the inclined groove from the receiving hole.

    Abstract: An angular ejector mechanism for ejecting a plastic article with a recess in an inner side includes an angular ejector pin, a sliding pin, an elastic elements and a stopping block. The angular ejector pin includes a molding plate and a supporting plate. A moving hole and a sliding groove are respectively defined in a front face and an opposite rear face of the molding plate to communicate with each other. The sliding pin has a stopping protrusion dividing the sliding pin into a moving portion and a sliding portion. A sliding channel is defined on a front face of the stopping block. The sliding includes a vertical channel and a inclined channel. The moving portion is received in the moving hole of the molding plate, and the sliding portion slides from the sliding channel into the inclined channel until the angular ejector pin separates from the plastic article.

    Abstract: A mold insert positioning mechanism of an injection mold includes a top clamping plate, a cavity insert, a restricting bar, multiple screws and a cavity plate fastened on the top clamping plate. The mold cavity is arranged in an approximate central position of the cavity plate so as to form a locating surface, a second back side and a third wall. The accepting space is arranged on the edge of the cavity plate and communicates with the mold cavity so as to form a first front side, a first connecting side, a second front and a connecting side. The second back side urges the cavity insert to move in on the locating surface so as to position the cavity insert once the cavity insert moves in the mold cavity. Multiple screws lock the restricting bar and the cavity plate as an integral so that the cavity insert is positioned in the mold cavity completely.

    Abstract: A slide having a fixing mechanism of a slide insert includes a slide body, a slide insert and a slide core. The slide body has a connecting portion and an inserting portion. The connecting portion defines a locating hole which stretches through the top surface to bottom surface of the connection portion. The inserting portion defines an inserting hole passing through the front and back surface of the inserting portion. A core hole is defined at the junction of the connecting portion and the inserting portion. The slide insert is located in the inserting hole. One end of the slide insert protrudes around to form a preventing part. The slide core is inserted in the core hole to fix the preventing part between the back surface of the inserting portion and the slide core. Then the slide insert is fixed in the slide.

The baffle block and the guide block have inclined guiding bulges and inclined guiding grooves engaging with each other to guide the baffle block to slide. While the transmission shaft drives the slider to move backward, the hinge shaft following with the slider move backward and slide in the shaft sleeve, thus, the distance of the backward movement of the cores pulled by the core-pulling mechanism is not limited.

    Abstract: An ejector pin includes a pin shaft and a pinhead locating on one end of the pin shaft. The pin shaft and the pinhead are eccentric and have different axle centers. The caliber of the pinhead is bigger than that of the pin shaft. An injection mold with the ejector pin includes a pushing board which forms at least one head-receiving cavity and one shaft hole extending from the head-receiving cavity to receive the ejector pin. The head-receiving cavity and the shaft hole are eccentrically arranged. When the injection mold is opened, the ejector pin stretches into a mold housing formed between a female core and a male core of the injection mold and pushed a product out of the mold housing. The ejector pin is fixed in the pushing board to avoid rotating of the ejector pin when pushing the product out of the mold housing.
